Near the ramparts, La Dilettante seduces with its cellar-dining room atmosphere. here you can enjoy seasonal cuisine with Burgundian and Japanese influences, accompanied by a fine selection of "natural" wines by the glass. In the cosy dining room, with its well-stocked shelves, you can enjoy small dishes to share. During the weekend of the Sale, the restaurant will be offering a special selection of wines from the Hospices de Beaune, old vintages as well as rarer wines that are less commonly tasted.
