The largest cooperative in appellation Chablis opens a new sales space in the Marais district in the 4th arrondissement of Paris with the aim of strengthening its relationship with its customers.

At the end of October 2024, the La Chablisienne wine cooperative acquired the Cave Saint-Paul, located in a listed 17th-century historic building at 8 rue Saint-Paul in the Marais district. With nearly 120 square meters spread over three levels, this new address combines the old-world charm of Marais buildings with the distinctive style of the La Chablisienne brand.
The ground floor houses the retail space, which flows between the street and the inner courtyard, where visitors can find the entire La Chablisienne range, as well as a selection of other French wines. The other levels, including magnificent vaulted cellars, will be available for business meetings, events, and tastings.

Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne is the main wine cooperative in the appellation Chablis It brings together nearly 300 cooperative winegrowers cultivating almost 1,250 hectares of vines. The cooperative represents approximately a quarter of the total Chablis vineyard area, or 25%, and covers all the appellations of Chablis : Little Chablis , Chablis , Chablis Premier Cru And Chablis Grand Cru La Chablisienne owns the Château Grenouilles, located in the heart of the Grands Crus hill, produces wines from this exceptional terroir.
