The good, the excellent news is that he is being replaced by a young winemaker, Aurélie Cheveau; with her husband Nicolas, she has made domaine Horse (21 hectares, including 6.5 hectares) Pouilly-Fuissé ), based in Solutré-Pouilly, a benchmark for its white and… red wines, since the domaine also cultivates vineyards in the Beaujolais neighbor. This is Aurélie Cheveau's second term as a board member, elected in 2015 and vice-president since 2019.
