The five "producer" estates of the year are all organic and we didn't do it on purpose, we swear! The debates inevitably touched on environmental issues and many others, such as the style of the wines, or even land prices and the arrival of outside investors.

This year, there are winemakers from all walks of life, from Chablis to Maranges , from the Mâconnais to Jura and up to Beaujolais who agreed to be interviewed. Gathered for lunch, they presented the wines that define them and, in doing so, shared their unique stories. They revealed their journeys, their choices, and their vision of wine today.
