Restaurant : Café Terroir Saint-Cyr (69)

The former shop of Domaine Saint-Cyr (a benchmark in organic/natural farming) has been cleverly repurposed into restaurant Managed by Jean-François Perrier-Têtedoie. On the menu: refined cuisine featuring regional products sourced from farms committed to respecting the land and the environment, and a wine cellar reflecting the same philosophy. Open Wednesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner. Set menus from €28 to €50.

Julien and Loïc

Delicatessen / restaurant / wine shop: Les Grands Gourmets (69)

This is the story of two friends, Julien and Loïc, who share a passion for good taste, authenticity, and conviviality. They opened a place that reflects their values… A gourmet grocery store generously stocked with local produce, a small restaurant (open-faced sandwiches, charcuterie boards, etc.), and a wine cellar featuring the best vineyards, selected directly from the producers. domaine The added bonus? Enjoy your drink on-site without a corkage fee! Open evenings on Thursdays and Fridays.

Restaurant : La Table Vermorel (69)

Bequeathed by the family to the community, the Maison Vermorel pays a beautiful tribute to one of the vineyard's most prominent couples: industrialist Victor Vermorel and his wife Georgette. In the basement, chef Hasan (the "king" of pâté en croûte, by the way) offers colorful and flavorful cuisine, blending local tradition with Eastern influences, which pairs perfectly with a wine cellar, curated by sommelier Jean-Charles Henriot, featuring wines from the Beaujolais They occupy a prime location. Ask for a table on the terrace overlooking the park. Menus from €24 to €69.

Pierre Renauld and Jérôme Fanouillere.

Pierre Renauld, Jérôme Fanouillere, wine merchants in Paris: "We are seeing an impoverishment of the clientele"

What wines do you sell in your respective establishments? Pierre Renauld: We sell 20% champagne at the wine bar, and 40% reds and 40% whites. It's unusual to sell a minority of red wines. At the wine shop, we mostly have a local clientele. At the bar, people come from further afield. Jérôme Fanouillere: […]

“Horizon Hautes-Côtes” project: building the vineyard of tomorrow…

With "Horizon Hautes-Côtes", the ODG the Hautes-Côtes of Beaune The Nuits-Saint-Georges wine region is launching a groundbreaking initiative in Burgundy to map the region's viticultural potential, better protect biodiversity, and anticipate the effects of climate change.
