How about a stopover at La Ligne et Cetera? The brasserie specialises in fish and seafood, carefully selected from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic and revisited in creative dishes (meat lovers are not forgotten). The cellar, rich and well thought-out, features affordable Burgundy wines, with fine bottles between €30 and €50. Open from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., it's the ideal address for early lunch or late dinner. A new address is now run by the same team: Le Moment (formerly Les Chevaliers), another brasserie on Petite Place Carnot offering a different menu.
