Reception/setting : Opened in 2020, the Maison Minori refreshes the gastronomic offerings of the Riviera Chalonnaise Its name, which means "harvest" in Japanese, perfectly suits both the place and its cuisine. Sébastien Dorier, who trained in France, Switzerland, and Tokyo, incorporates a Japanese element into his traditional gastronomy. The dining room is calming and minimalist. The establishment also includes two guest rooms.
The cuisine : From his experience in Japan, Chef Dorier has retained unwavering rigor and precision, as evidenced by the delicate presentation and the precise combination of flavors. Two set menus are offered: the market menu at lunchtime and the discovery menu in the evening. Both showcase classic French cuisine, enhanced by touches of Japanese inspiration (daikon radish, shiso, shiitake mushrooms, etc.). Expect to pay around forty euros for lunch and fifty euros for dinner, excluding wine. Very reasonable prices considering the refinement of the dishes and the quality of the service.
The wine list : An extensive selection, particularly of Givry wines and wines from the Côte. Chalonnaise generally, without excessive pricing.
