Welcome to Beaujonomie: the ticket office is open!

Conceived by Inter Beaujolais Welcome to Beaujonomie has established itself as the region's premier wine and food festival, conceived as a convivial gathering centered around wine, food, and conversation. For this ^7th edition, the principle remains the same: lunch or dinner at the winemakers' estates, with family, friends, or just the two of you, around a large shared table. The concept is simple yet effective: the winemaker opens their doors, partners with a chef, and creates a shared experience centered around a meal and a tasting.

This year again, more than fifty estates are participating in the event, spread across the entire wine region, from Saint-Amour to the Pierres Dorées. Iconic houses, regularly featured in the Bourgogne Aujourd'hui buying guides, are among the participants, as well as lesser-known estates ripe for discovery. All offer bespoke experiences in locations often inaccessible the rest of the year.

A friendly immersion into the heart of the estates

Each event is based on a meeting between a winemaker and a guest chef. Some come from the Lyon gastronomic scene, others are based locally. Together, they create menus to complement the wines of the domaine to best showcase the local produce. Depending on the location, meals take place in a courtyard of château , of domaine Whether amidst the vines or in a wine cellar, before or after the meal, participants can discover the inner workings of the winery with a guided tour of the vineyards, a wine tasting, games, and direct interaction with the winemaker. The atmosphere is decidedly convivial, with large tables encouraging conversation.

Prices vary depending on the event and venue, ranging from €30 to €110 per person for meals and entertainment. Prices are set independently by each establishment, with options ranging from bistro-style menus to more gastronomic or festive experiences with DJ sets to extend the evening.

Meals are offered at lunchtime and/or in the evening over the three days at the various participating wineries. The website also features an "Accommodation" section where you will find a selection of places to stay to extend your experience, with a variety of options ranging from hotels to bed and breakfasts and guesthouses, not forgetting the possibility of staying with a winemaker in the heart of the vineyard.

Moulin-à-Vent a vintage under scrutiny

On June 19th, the Caveau du Cru Moulin-à-Vent offers an evening dedicated to discovering the appellation The event begins with a stroll through the vineyards in the company of the winemakers, followed by an aperitif at the foot of the iconic windmill. Dinner, prepared by chef Achille Trouillet, is then served in the Cru's wine cellar. Moulin-à-Vent and accompanied by a selection of wines representative of its different terroirs. An immersive experience to grasp the full diversity of one of the oldest appellations of the Beaujolais .
